7 Island Surf Terms & Conditions of Business
The Booking
When booking a holiday/surf session, a contract is made between 7 Island Surf and the customer. A deposit will need to be paid at the time of booking. 7 Island Surf will send you a confirmation in writing of booking. The person that sends or emails the booking form accepts responsibility for payment for all guests listed on the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all other parties listed on the booking form have read our Terms and Conditions of Business. They must also be aware of our booking details. 7 Island Surf does not accept any liability for any loss caused by failure to complete the declaration.
Changing Your Booking
7 Island Surf will try to arrange any changes requested after the booking has been confirmed, providing it is more than 28 days before your arrival date/ start date of Surf Holiday / Sessions. After this time changes can be made but might have an extra charge and are subject to availability.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be sent in writing and will be effective on the date which they are received by 7 Island Surf. Cancellation charges are payable as follows:

We do however advise all our customers to take out personal travel insurance. Any cancellation costs you might then have should be covered by your insurance.
Prices
Prices printed on our website and booking form is valid at the time of publication. 7 Island Surf reserves the right to increase or reduce any of these printed prices any time after publication. Any changes will be made clear at the time of booking.
Payment
Upon making a Booking, a 50 % Deposit will be requested to confirm the reservation. The outstanding payment is then due 4 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks before arrival, the full payment must be made at the time of booking. Final reminders will not be sent.
Accommodation
7 Island Surf accepts no responsibility for booking any accommodation and cannot be held responsible for any aspect of or problems arising from accommodation arrangements. This agreement is between you, the customer and the local accommodation we have arranged for you. We will however try to assist you as best as we can and if we can help you out with any problem arising we will certainly do so.
Surf Participation and Liability
The activity of surfing carries with it a degree of risk both to people and property, even if enjoyed under proper supervision by qualified instructors. It is also a strenuous activity that requires those taking part to have a
reasonable standard of swimming and fitness.
All participants must therefore make us aware of any medical conditions, illnesses or allergies they may have and any prescribed medication they are taking on the booking form at the time of booking, and on the enrolment form giving upon arrival at Surf Spot. No one should participate in any surfing lesson is they are suffering from a heart condition or if they are pregnant. All participants must be able to swim atleast 25 metres and must in no circumstance be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication at the time of the lesson, which may adversely affect their physical abilities. If for any reason one of the instructors feels you are under the influence, he may deny you to attend the lesson. Safety comes first at 7 Island Surf!
All participants must agree to abide to all instructions and decisions that 7 Island Surf (and our instructors) makes in order to secure the safety and comfort from all participants. 7 Island Surf Equipment will be provided for participants to use during their lesson. 7 Island Surf takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and good condition of that equipment, participants must immediately report any damage caused to the equipment or which becomes apparent whilst the equipment is in their possession. 7 Island Surf does not seek to limit or exclude any liability for personal injury or loss of life which may occur as a result of its own negligence or that of its employees however, 7 Island Surf assumes no liability in respect of any personal injury, loss, damage, consequential loss or third party claims which occur through no fault of its own or its employees. All other liability or conditions implied by law are excluded to the fullest extent possible.
Surf Conditions
In the rare event that 7 Island Surf considers sea conditions to be unsuitable for surf instruction, a credit voucher will be issued. This voucher can be used within two years from the date of the cancelled session. Any lessons owed must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. No refunds are issued.
