All have a wealth of teaching and coaching experience, which we perform to the highest standards. One other thing we find very important: Our instructors DON´T sit on the beach watching you, they go in the water with you to give you the safest and best tuition possible !!!

We provide an excellent service to those who have never surfed before or those wishing to improve their techniques at some of Europe’s finest reef breaks. 7 Island’s unique structured lesson plans will allow you as an individual to reach your full surfing potential, regardless of age or ability in a fun safe environment! We will take you to the most suitable safe beaches on the Island and provide you with all the equipment to get you started. Lessons last a minimum of 3.5 Hours and include how to catch waves, paddling, technique and beach safety under the guidance of our experienced instructors.
